    I love goat cheese on wheat thins. Unfortunately the place that had the BEST goat cheese is closed down. They had goats and made it on site.

    My dad would buy a bunch of blocks of cheese, mozzarella, all variations of cheddar, colby jack, pepper jack, and we'd just have cheese on toast for breakfast some days, Greek olive made an appearance at times too. I keep meaning to make it, but all the cheese I buy lately has been getting shredded on top of things or I just cut a piece off to eat and I can't be bothered with the toast.
