    The way it's gonna work is that you can send me a PM with a verification picture. The picture has to contain you and forum name on piece of paper or on your body and your username or my username instead of the website name, if you prefer that.

    On Monday, I made Pasta Puttanesca, Sauteed Escarole, and some sliced cucumbers, carrots, and peppers on the side, which are not pictured.

    I usually don't eat carbs, but it was too hectic to make a separate dinner, so I ate the pasta too, but I like less sauce than everyone else.

    I thought the olives might disintegrate when simmering in sauce. They didn't. I chopped them up into tiny pieces on my plate, and they tasted pretty good.

    Flavorful dish. Not the best thing I've ever made, but certainly not the worst. I would make it again, if looking to make a dish with a lot of flavor :)

    Will try to post pics of last night's dinner and tonight's, tomorrow. Only took me 2 days to get these pics from my phone to here :confused:

    I wasn’t super hungry, so a bacon and toasted tomato sandwich for dinner, with a side of snap peas and bleu cheese dressing as a dip.

      I highly recommend the stuffed burgers.
      My method is to make thin patties about 4” in diameter. Mix bleu cheese with softened cream cheese (2/3-1/3) and put a 1/4 cup in the center of a patty. Top with another patty and seal the edges, flatten and grill as a normal burger.
      Sometimes I’ll mix bacon bits in the filling.

    Okay, dipped in egg/milk, dredged in seasoned flour and fried in canola oil. Fantastic, light flaky, perfect fish. Coupled with a baked potato and broccoli!
