Channel V's acclaimed VJ Ruby disappeared from the limelight a few years ago. Here's what she has been upto lately.

Growing up in the early 2000s, VJ Ruby was a household name. It was a face and voice that everyone knew. However, with the onset of newer VJs and growing television platforms, Ruby — formally known as Ruby Bhatia — disappeared into the unknown. Lately though, she has been re-emerging on our Instagram feeds and it is hard to believe that this is Ruby Bhatia today. The popular VJ is far from her VJ days and is living a life away from the spotlight in Mumbai.
Ruby seems to be living in Goa and has been offering all kinds of life skills services at a cost. Her official Instagram handle has over 5.6k followers. The bio reads: “Tv Presenter..Happiness Life Coach." She has also shared a telephone number on which people can reach out to her.

Who is VJ Ruby?
According to Ruby’s official website, she began her journey in the film industry after winning the title of “Miss India-Canada, 1993". She then moved to Channel V and began her career as a Video Jockey. She also hosted grand events such as Miss World and the Filmfare Awards. In 2006, she pursued yoga and meditation, and became a student of Sri Sri Paramahansa Yogananda. She went on to marry a fellow disciple, Ajit S Dutta. Professionally, he is a choreographer and dance instructor. Ruby had shared videos with him in the past as well. Together, they began Body Dynamics—Dance and Fitness through which they offered dance classes and workshops, and even performed at events.
